Meet Filomena

Filomena is the Co-Founding Partner of Lepore Taylor Fox LLP. Filomena, or Fil as her clients call her, is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York and has over 13 years of experience as a U.S. immigration attorney. She counsels domestic and multi-national companies of all sizes, including Fortune 500 companies, in their attainment of long and short-term immigration status on behalf of specialized personnel, professional workers, managers and executives. She also advises clients on the development of immigration compliance programs, ongoing developments in immigration law and policy, and government enforcement actions. She is particularly experienced in the preparation of PERM labor certification applications before the U.S. Department of Labor.

Over the course of her career, Filomena has also worked extensively with individuals. Her private client practice includes U.S. citizenship and naturalization matters, family-based immigration matters such as immigrating through a U.S. citizen spouse or fiancé(e), petitions by foreign nationals with extraordinary ability, and petitions by foreign entrepreneurs seeking to form a business in the United States.

Filomena has cultivated lasting relationships with her clients who range from Fortune 500 corporations to individuals and entrepreneurs spanning many industries including finance, information technology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, bio-tech, food and beverage, construction, engineering, architecture and design.
